2. These terms

These terms govern your use of our website and app. By using the site you accept them. Entering a competition is also governed by our Competition Terms & Conditions and Free Entry Route. If they conflict with these terms, the competition terms apply. We use personal data and cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Who may use the site

The site is for UK residents aged 18 or over. You must not create an account or enter a competition if you are under 18. We may ask you to verify your age and identity.

4. Your account

• Keep your login details confidential, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You may hold only one account, and the details you give must be accurate and your own.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our competition terms, or to protect a customer at risk of harm.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to enter competitions or access the site;
• try to get around per-person limits, spend limits, breaks or self-exclusion (see our Responsible Play policy);
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
• copy or scrape content, or reuse it commercially;
• impersonate anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own the content, design, logos and "The Prize Lounge" name on this site. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Third-party brand names that appear in prize descriptions belong to their owners. Their use does not mean those owners endorse or sponsor us, or are connected with us.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep prize descriptions, prices and draw information accurate. If we find an error we correct it promptly, and where it affects an entry we act fairly under our competition terms, which may include a refund. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we may suspend, change or withdraw it, for example for maintenance.

8. Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as payment providers, social media and support organisations like GamCare. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Our liability

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
• We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Viruses

We use reasonable measures to keep the site secure, but we cannot guarantee it is free from viruses. Please use your own virus protection.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date shows when. Changes do not affect any competition you have already entered.

12. Complaints and contact

Email support@theprize-lounge.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to respond in full within 14 working days.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in the Scottish or English courts, and Scots law also applies. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish or English courts, and Northern Irish law also applies.
